Adoption of an Ordinance of the City of Poway, California, Amending Poway Municipal Code (PMC) Title 15, Adopting by Reference the 2022 California Building Standards Codes with Local Amendments, Adoption of a Resolution Amending and Establishing Permit and Inspection Fees within the Fire Department Section of the Master Fee Schedule, and Determination that the Adoption of the Foregoing Amendments by Ordinance and Resolution is Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061 (b)(3) City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended the City Council take public input, close the public hearing and introduce the Ordinance for first reading by title only, waiving further reading, and schedule the adoption for January 17, 2023, adopt the Resolution amending and establishing permit and inspection fees within the Fire Department section of the Master Fee Schedule and determine that the adoption of the foregoing amendments by Ordinance and Resolution is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061 (b)(3).
